How do I submit for a promotion?
If the product you purchased is eligible for a promotion you can either submit your request digitally or print and mail-in the official form. If you are submitting digitally, have a photo or scanned version of all required documents ready before you begin the submission process. If the promotion allows, you may choose to mail in your submission. Include the completed form, all required documents and send them to the address provided on the form.

Review the promotion form carefully to ensure you are submitting the correct promotional offer and meet all the eligibility requirements for the promotion.

Remember, you must submit prior to the deadline for submission indicated on the form. Always keep copies of your promotion materials for reference.
I lost my receipt. Can I still submit for the promotion?
If your promotion request requires a copy of a receipt, you must submit one to be eligible.

Where do I find the UPC Barcode?
Most promotions require that you send an original or copy of the UPC barcode label. This barcode label is found on the product box or packaging. Be sure you include the entire UPC barcode label. We strongly recommend that you keep copies of all your promotion submission materials, including a copy of the barcode label.





I missed the submission deadline date for the promotion. Can I still submit my promotion request form?
Promotions have specific terms that define the times during which they are valid. Regrettably, if the promotion submission deadline has passed for your promotion, you will not be eligible.
When I checked the status of my promotion, no submissions were found. What should I do?
First, check that you submitted online or mailed your promotion materials prior to the deadline for submission. If you submit past the deadline for submission , your request will not be accepted.

Online submissions: Allow approximately 14 business days from the date you filled out the online form and uploaded the required images.

Mail-in Submissions: Due to mail delivery time variability, allow approximately 4 weeks from your mailing date for your promotion materials to be received and processed into the system. If you are still unable to locate your submission request after approximately 4 weeks, contact us by calling 1-855-252-9157. A Customer Service representative will be happy to assist you.
I checked the status of my promotion and it states that my submission is invalid. What do I need to do to receive my promotion?
Send the resubmission information to the Promo # and address provided on your notification:

If your submission is invalid because you did not meet the eligibility requirements for the promotional offer, regrettably, we cannot make exceptions to the offer requirements. Carefully review the submission form for all the promotion and eligibility requirements.

I purchased my product online and did not receive a receipt. Can I still receive a promotion?
Qualifying purchases made online may have been accompanied by a packing slip. For these purchases, the packing slip may be used as the receipt.

When will I receive my promotion?
Allow approximately 10-12 weeks from the date you completed the promotion request form, for your reward to ship.
