Max size per image file is 4MB. Files larger than 4MB will stall the submission process.

VIEW your images before uploading them. Confirm the text they contain is clear and legible. Make sure the receipt DATE is visible – CRITICAL to avoid rebate denial.

In Store Purchase: Submission must be accompanied by original cash register receipt/sales invoice. Receipt must include: purchase date, PRE-PRINTED authorized dealer/retailer store name, location, description of qualified product purchased, purchase price of each item, and Total purchase amount.
Online purchase: Order confirmation email (receipt) AND packing slip or shipping label from carton must BOTH be submitted. Both are required to show the amount paid AND delivery confirmation. Email purchase confirmation, alone, does not constitute proof of delivery. Receipt must include: purchase date, PRE-PRINTED authorized dealer/retailer store name, location, description of qualified product purchased, purchase price of each item, and Total purchase amount.
